Cancellation/Refund Policy

Client understands and agrees that all Membership/Subscription Fees and tuition are non-refundable. Provider is serious and committed to helping client and expects client to be fully committed also. Once Client registers for any Program or service, Provider makes extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating Client’s tuition and participation. Because of this, all payments made by Client under this Agreement are non-refundable. Payments for participation in the Program are not dependent upon results because no specific outcome can be guaranteed or promised. In the Event that any amounts payable under this Agreement are not paid by Client when due, Client shall also pay a finance charge at the rate of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%),or the highest lawful rate (whichever is less), per month on any unpaid balance.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

These TOU, and any applicable TOS, constitute the entire agreement between each User and GMRA governing the User’s access to and use of the website and its services, and supersede all prior agreements regarding its subject matter. The TOU shall be governed by the laws of the State Nevada without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Each User hereby attorneys and agrees to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Clark County, Nevada. The failure by a User or GMRA to exercise any right or to enforce any provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOU is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the court shall give effect to the intentions reflected in the provision to the degree possible, and the other provisions of the TOU will remain in full force and effect.
